iSwim4 Fundraising - Shining a Spotlight on What's Possible
During 2023, iSwim4 Foundation plans to conduct 3-4 fundraising activities including some regional open water training workshops and socials culminating in the Catalina Channel Relay for Social Responsibility to be held September 2023.

La Jolla Shores w San Diego Open Water Swim Club (August 17)
August 17th, we will do a drop-in swim at La Jolla Shores with the San Diego Open Water Swim Club. Fun and fellowship will follow. Check out the iSwim4 and San Diego Open Water Swim Club FB pages for details.

2023 La Jolla 10 Mile Relay (September 24)
iSwim4 will be in San Diego in September and will sponsor a team for the La Jolla Cove 10 Mile Relay, one of the most anticipated and enjoyable open water swim events of the year.
Date: September 24, 2023
This is a 10-mile relay swim race. Teams of up to 5 swimmers will swim a total of 10 miles,
The course is a triangular ~1 mile lap around marked buoys.

2023 Catalina Channel Relay for Social Responsibility (September 26-27)
This September, TWO of the most remarkable teams assembled will swim together to shine a light on what is possible in recovery from addiction and simultaneously address some of the most urgent social issues facing our society.
Collectively, we’ll be raising awareness and funds for the iSwim4 Foundation – helping individuals in Recovery to strengthen their sobriety and make their own meaningful impact on the world.
Individually, we’ll be raising money for critical social issues, including Addiction and Recovery Treatment, Clean Oceans, Clean Drinking Water in Third-World Countries, Cancer Treatment & Research, Healthcare Advocacy, Support Programs for Adults with Special Needs, Education Programs for Underprivileged Children and more.

2023 Morning Swims at Strathmere (starting Saturday's in June @ 08:00am)
iSwim4 will conduct morning open water swimming sessions in Strathmere, NJ followed up with a breakfast social.

Gunpowder Falls, MD
iSwim4 will conduct an afternoon of learning and fun including open water swimming workshop, Relay work, Crab Fest, and Speakers.

2023 Night Swim Workshops
Swimming at night is a truly freeing experience. Safety is first and we will provide lighted buoys, lights for goggles and extra safety support. We will set up a course to accommodate all levels of swimmers, and all are welcome!
