Donate - 2024 iSwim4 Catalina Channel Relay

On September 22-23, 2024, iSwim4 will hold its second annual Relay across the Catalina Channel, to shine light on what is possible in recovery and simultaneously address some of the most urgent social issues facing our society.

Collectively, we will raise awareness and funds for the iSwim4 Foundation – helping individuals in Recovery to strengthen their sobriety and make their own meaningful impact on society.
